Help with silkies

We are looking for 2 new babies for now, I may eventually want to become a breeder, we had a couple that were beautiful but turned out to be roosters. (We are moving back into city limits for a short while so they had to go for now).
I am having a hard time deciphering decent quality silkies. Some chicks have poofs on their heads and some don’t...?! Here are a few pics of the ones I’ve looked at. Any advice on what to look for is appreciated. Thank you!!

You probably need a copy of the SOP for silkies.
It should be in the ABA standards of perfection.
