Any suggestions on how to splint this baby? Belongs to a friend, two weeks old.

Ok have had time to Google a bit and I see this is pretty normal splay legs. (Never seen it before!). I’m going to bring it to my house tomorrow and start splinting. (The owner can’t do the splinting due to only having one working arm from a stroke). Picked up hand feeding formula tonight. Wish me luck!

How is the hobble going with this baby? I’m sorry I didn’t see your post til now. Let me know if you need help. Hopefully it isn’t too late to help him or her. If what you have tried hasn’t helped cut a bandaid in half lengthwise and wrap an end around each ankle to gently pull his legs inward. Keep changing bandaid hobble as needed and keep on while growing and hopefully the legs will come together at least some. If the baby does not have full normal walking ability it won’t know it is different and can still manage if you’re willing to work with him or her. I have a mildly splayed dove that walks like he is on ice skates.
