Help with this little duckling about a month old

We need more information, to see if there is anything we can tell you. Is that a pic of it? Can you see anything but some feathers gone off the back, if so? What do you mean by, not doing so good? Is it eating or drinking, is it walking around, is it alert, does its breathing seem off?

Most any duck with a serious injury will need a warm, protected, quiet place to rest by itself and recuperate.

Um it is not moving that well so I don't know it is bleeding I put a bandage on his back and that is him he was with his adopted mom who adopted him and his 3 sisters at 3 weeks but she broke her leg this happened at night he can't go in the water with his sisters and once and awhile he'll give a screech don't know anything else but with post if needed more info

Other than take him to a vet, about all you can do is put him in a warm, protected place by himself (like your bathtub) and hope he will recover in the rest and quiet. These birds will go into a sort of shock when injured, and sometimes they just come out of it and begin moving around again. They may not eat or drink til the shock goes away. On the other hand he could have serious internal injuries and be about to die, regardless of what you do.

It doesn't need a bandage on his back. If there is a wound or raw skin, just clean it gently with warm soapy waer or saline and put a little Neosporin on it, or whatever you usually do for first aid at your house. Just be sure you don't use any ointment or cleaner that has a "caine" drug in it, like cetacaine, benzocaine, etc.
