Help with turner.....

My egg cups with eggs in them keep falling off the metal rails that the cups snap into.... I found 5 that fell this morning. What can I do to fix this? It's a lg turner

Mine were doing that. If you dont plan on using any other cup put the cups in take a lighter and heat the snap thingy and kinda flaten it so it wont come out. Hope it works for u it did for me.
