Marwa, I've handturned eggs once when my turner was full in another bator. Just take your time, turn them one by one, dont rush or you may break one. Then close up the bator and in a little while, the heat and humidity will be back up.
Remember this: a broody hen gets off the nest at least once a day, sometimes for as much as 45 minutes, so if she hatches eggs that cool down once a day, then the time it takes to turn them wont be a problem. Relax!
