Help with USPS!!!

So......I did the May egg swap...the person who got my name shipped on Saturday and gave me the confirmation number! All was good...said they would be delivered to me yesterday (5-16-11). Well, they never showed up...still says it was supposed to be delivered yesterday!

I tried calling several USPS 1 800 numbers but I can't get through to an actual person....anyone know what I need to do? I need my eggs!

What method were they shipped by?

I'm assuming priority mail...with delivery confirmation!

Have you called your local post office?

Delivery confirmation is not tracking and the date is an APX date of shipment. It can vary. That number will only be scanned by them once it goes thru your local delivery processing station. You can call your local station but most likely they will tell you the same thing. You have to wait a certain amount of days before they look to see what happened to it and that is around 30..but, if you get someone super nice, they may go above and beyond

And today they didn't come......that means they have been in the box since Saturday! AHHHH!! This sucks....

And on top of all this...hubby bought some eggs on here...they came in on Friday (there was 21 total...3 were broke), we let them sit overnight, put the 18 in the bator on Saturday afternoon, we candled today and all but 6 have busted air cells!!!! AAAHHH! Could it get any worse?????
