pot stickers is only the tip of the iceburg!!

Put a chunk o' mozz cheese in them, dip em in eggwash, breadcrumbs and fry for mozz sticks
put a dab of nutella in the middle and deep fry them for a yummy fried ravioli dessert
Make a cream-cheese/crab filling and make crab ragoon
you can use them for ravioli

The options are endless. Pretty much anything you'd stuff into a dough and fry, you can put into wonton wrappers!

I found this recipe years ago and now I have to make it at all the family get togethers.
It is sooooo good!!!!

In a mini muffin tin put the won ton wraps so that they are open at the top. Kinda press it on the sides.
Bake them at 350 jsut till they are LIGHT LIGHT brown.
Filling:
Cook one pound spicey sausage and drain off grease
add 1/2 cup diced red pepper
1 1/2 cups moz cheese
1 1/2 cups ched cheese
2.5 ounces of diced green olives
1 cup ranch dressing
Mix all together and spoon into won ton wraps
bake till cheese is melted and golden brown.
I also like to add a jalapeno on the top, if you like it spicey!!
Yummy!!!!!
