Help! Worms in chickens water bowl!

If you can raise the dishes up off the ground a little that may take care of the issue. They probably like the damp darkness under the bowls. Try using bricks or something. I would make very gradual changes since you are dealing with a blind bird, make small changes and let her adjust, so that she doesn't inadvertently go without food or water.

Thanks, I will try that. She doesn’t seem to deal with changes very well. I will try very small changes. Will these worms hurt her??

If you have a lot of flies, then flystrike would be a possibility if she were to have a wound or dropping built up around the vent. The maggots on the ground are not likely to cause any harm. But I would try to make it less of an issue.
