Help wry Ducklings!

I’m trying to care for a shipment of ducklings. Some can’t even stand because their heads are so bent back and the other ones are running around in circles or very weak. How do I help them?

It sounds like behavior related to vitamin deficiency. That would be unusual for 3 day old ducklings. How old are the ducklings? What is your brooder set up - heat and cool ect. What are you feeding them?
I would probably try feeding them some eggs. With ducklings niacin deficiency is common. Some use B complex liquid I think it might be an injectable for cattle that is feed to ducklings orally. For wry neck vitamin E. I know there are supplements such as rooster booster, but I have not used them and do not know which vitamins they contain.

Niacin. That is what i give my waterfowl when they do that.

Here is what you want to treat with
https://www.tractorsupply.com/tsc/product/durvet-hi-level-vitamin-b-complex you can also use it in their water or over their feed but since they seem to be pretty bad you would probably need to give them some by mouth. Just be careful and give it slowly.
Many do use Rooster Booster too.
Where did you get these ducklings and what are you feeding them? can you also share how you are brooding them?
