HELP! Yellow and blood backside!

I have calcium with vitamin supp in water.
How do I know for sure it's egg yolk? It's yellow like yolk.
yes I have antibiotics, it's one to use in water so do I alternate between Vit and antibio or both together?
Photo of the antibiotic and vitamin?

I'd give the vitamins orally and put the antibiotic in the water.

I'd put the antibiotics in the water. The tetracycline may help with infection.

It would be good to get Calcium into her to help with retention and to help expel the material. I wonder if she's got a membrane stuck inside.

Thanks for all your responses!
We'll see how she goes over the next few days or so with antibiotics, Epsom washes, ointment, vitamins. She is bleeding a little must be from pecking herself ☹️
When is a point that I should cull if she's in too much pain? I am ok with culling if need be to stop suffering.

I would keep doing what you are doing—keeping her vent clean with shallow soaks to her vent, giving calcium once a day, and keeping the prolapse moist with ointment or cream. Manuka honey is very good.

How is she doing?
She may peck at it if she's trying to get the material off. See if she stops once you get her cleaned up and ointments applied.

She had been pecking overnight looks like, alot of blood and goop on her roost, not good at all I may cull today I don't see improvement, looks horrible 😢 too much blood! She must be in pain suffering!?? She's only a year old poor girl had lots more years of life to live!

I am so sorry to hear she isn't doing well. I wouldn't give up on her yet. Can you put her somewhere you can keep a closer eye on her? If you can prevent her from pecking maybe it can start to heal. Praying for such a young hen. Hope for the best

Is she with other hens on the roost? She needs to be kept separated until she heals, even in a wire dog crate with food and water. Others will peck her vent when they see the red color.
