HELP- yellow poo two sick chickens

please help,
I have two suddenly sick chickens.
They have watery yellow and green poo. They will move have some energy but are not interested in treats at all and seem to be laying around more.
I have quarantined them but I have now idea how to treat.
What would cause this?
They temperatures aren't high.
They are on very good poultry layer feed.
Any ideas?
I have corid, I have a dewormer and antibiotic. Just unsure which to use.

I am going to give some electrolytes right now.

What antibiotics do you have?
Can you take them to a vet?

They don't seem to have lost weight.
I have a super booster antibiotic. It is penicillin but also has vitamins.
We do not have any vets near by that work with poultry.
