HELP yellow runny stool and cant lift head!

I went out to the coop this morning to find my 16week old roo laying on the ground! He can barely lift his or stand. His stool is runny and yellow! It got down to 29 degrees last night and the coop did get farely cold.

I gave him sugar water, and warm scrambled eggs. I put him in a small cage away from everyone and put a heat lamp on him. I'm scared!

I don't know what to do!

I'm not an expert, but I think that yellow/runny stools can be a sign of coccidiosis or worms? If you have a vet you can take him to, that might be the best thing. It could be stress, too, from the cold... I think you did the right thing getting him separated and warm. Maybe see if he'll eat some yogurt?
