Help! Young hen with suspicious poo!!!!

Hello! I have an 18 week old red sex link hen. She hasn't laid her first egg yet, but I've been watching her closely. This morning I watched her poo out a watery, blood tinted stool. I then noticed two more of these dropping inside the coop. I'm worried this may be cocci!!? Any help of what this could be? Or Definitely cocci??

I would treat for Coccidia just in case It could be just intestinal lining that's shedding- but it's a lot lighter red. Coccidia can be treated by using Corid.
