Ooooh boy I've never seen that one, but my search has been limited; if this is an older model, maybe someone with a clue will chime in....it looks like a pretty nice model; I would put another thermometer/hydrometer in there and turn it on and start calibrating...add a bit of water at a time until the humidity reaches where you want, then watch for a couple of days and gauge when and how much you're needing to add to keep it stable...

That's all I got, sorry I couldn't be more help!

It's a Janoel knockoff. First make sure you double double check the accuracy of your thermometers and hygrometer. Then plug it in and let it come up to temp. See what your humidity is without adding any water. I recommend a low humidity incubation for eggs if you are NOT in a high elevation. Starting with 30-35% and checking the air cells to know how to adjust. Many times 30-35% can be achieved with no water or a wet sponge in the incubator. BUT with this incubator you will have to adjust the humidity alarm so that it will go off at a lower humidity (I think they are set to go off at 45 or 50% and you would want to set it about 25% or 30%.
Here is the link to the method I am describing: http://letsraisechickens.weebly.com...anuals-understanding-and-controlling-humidity

To change the humidity alarm on those you need to bring up the code: AS and decrease the setting.
