help!

Chick just born in incubator. Just bought bator yesterday because had it under broody and had to move. Know nothing about what to do. Chick is still attached to shell by a cord. Do I cut the cord? When do I remove from bator to put under brinsea broody heater???

Sorry no one helped you. If the cord does not detach by itself you can cut them, but never pull them. As for when to move them to the brooder, that a personal decision. When I am hatching I move them as they become active. Some people wait until they are dried out. It kind of sounds like you only have the one in there? It's not going to matter much if he's the only one. You don't have to worry about humidity or other eggs.
