Every time I go to sign in it says not my name or password can I re do it

I'm afraid I can't be of help with a Mr Beach.

You may just need to double check as you sign in that you are doing it correctly. Sometimes if I get a bit finger happy when signing in it asks for it again because I have made a mistake.
