Help!

we started with 18 chicks in the spring. In August they started laying we were getting 18 eggs. The past few days they have not been drinking and eating like normal. We found one chicken dead yesterday and we're down to one egg today. Please help

They probably have something contagious among chickens. Take one to the vet!
