what chicken coop design would be good for a crizzle cochin. please answer fast so i can know so i can look at it onthe only store.

First what is a crizzle cochin im curious. Is that something like those sizzle birds (not sure what those are either) Cochins like small coops that have roosts and nest boxes close to the ground (they cant jump that high) a lot of mine don't even roost sometimes.

Thirdly, since no one knows what part of the country you live in, no one could give you a definitive answer to your question.

Sounds like you need to do a bit of research before getting your chicken. Get a good book and learn what you can. Look at coop designs on this website, paying close attention to the climate where they are located so you don't select a design that looks cool but will freeze or roast your chickens depending on where you live..

Oh, and fourthly, get more than one chicken, unless you will be keeping it company all day.

I read your other posts. It looks like you have a 4 week old cochin right now, but are planning on getting at least one more. That's a good idea, because chickens like the company of some friends. Where is your chicken living now?

I think the others are correct, that we need a little more information from you, to help you.

1. What area of the country do you live in?

2. Do you definitely want to buy a pre-made coop or is there a possibility that you might build something, which would be cheaper? Some people also buy and make changes to everything from doghouses to big sheds.

3. How many chickens are you going to have? Different sized flocks need different sized housing.

Please give us a little more information and I'm sure we can give you some suggestions. You can also look back at some of the previous threads on small coops or pre-made coops, if that's what you're looking for.
