You can give Tylan Injectable orally.It would probably be more easier than a injection.

Tylan 50 injectable orally 1/4 cc bantum, 1/2 cc standard once a day for five days.Injectable

If you give the medicine orally dont aspirate the hen or spill some liquid in the trachea.There are many videos on youtube of giving birds oral medication.
