There is no add media button anywhere on mine

You have to click on the BLUE button ADD MEDIA first before you see that stuff in that post.

Right. If he has no albums you follow the path

You have to go to Gallery>Your Albums>Add Media>Create Album

I just signed in on my phone and I could see the blue add media button..never tried an iPad.

Next to the Gallery button there is a drop down arrow. Click that and either click add media or Your Albums, where you can add media and create a new album
