Good afternoon,
I have American dominique chickens. They are 11 weeks old. Monday night I had one start acting very slow and not eating or drinking so I brought him inside and startinf giving him water with victims in it. The yesterday morning he perked up a little but would only stand for a minute or two. The by 3 yesterday noon her passed on me. Then this morning when I went to let the other 11 out they all seemed fine and when I went in to get water with vitimns to give them all a little i noticed another one not moving around a lot. She wanted to just sleep and wont eat a lot. She has a little bit of white my her nose area but neither have makers from getting hurt and have no other signs of anything. I don't give them a lot of extras outside of their food other then watermelon, eggs, and corn. HELP

Hello! I am so sorry about your birds! I am not an expert but I will try to help to the best of my ability!

• Do they feel underweight or thin, like the progression of illness was gradual, or was it more sudden (i.e they where a healthy weight when you noticed symptoms?

• Do they have labored breathing (raspy sounding breath or panting).

• Have you noticed any nasal discharge (runny nose). It looks like the nose is clear from the photos but I am not positive.

• What do the droppings look like?

• Are they normally free range and is there a possibility that they got into something poisonous?

I found out it is coccidiosis my whole flock has it but I am now treating them all and in hope that I don't lose anymore

Where are you located, weater changes can affect their comfort or if it is we Cocci will quickly put them under the weather
