My chickens are slowly dying off and i have no clue why :( i started out with twelve hens but ow i only have three:confused:

We need more info. Where do they live, bedding, weather, feed, calcium? What symptoms are they showing? How's their poop? Are they eating and drinking? Any recent changes in care?

Greetings and welcome. Sorry for your losses but as stated above, more information is needed. Based on what you've provided, anything is possibly to blame.

well lets see here the weather is sot of chilly but we do hav a heat lamp for them and and as far as their feed what do u mean? Their symptoms the first one died while we were gone so I didn’t really notice anything then now some of them are getting pale and their combs are flopping over (if that has anything to do with it )and yes they do eat and drink and no there hasn’t really been any changes in thier care . I hope this helps :)

I mean, what do you feed them. How old are they? Fully feathered chickens don't need a heat lamp if they have shelter. Have you dewormed? You can get a fecal run for fairly cheap at a vet or just deworm them.

When the weather got cold last year my chickens were getting sick too, my buff orpington died. The others got better. They act pretty strange also when they molt. I would make sure they are not getting frostbite on their combs, getting pale combs could mean the blood is not flowing through and it can infect their whole body. If you have a lot of chickens the bigger bosses are probably not letting them near the heat lamp. That is how my chickens would be. I could be wrong, it could be something else.

Where are your located?
Age of chicks/chickens?
When did you get them?
What are you feeding; Commercial feed? Layer? Grain? Free Range? Kitchen Scrapes?
Are they in a coop? If so what is on the ground; shavings, hay, straw, etc?
How is their poop; firm, mushy, diarrhea, bloody, foamy?
How long have they been sick?
What signs of illness besides pale combs flopping over?

Glad you're joining us, we'll help with all the information you can give us.
