Also, keep in mind for future hatches, if they pip outside the air cell, they often need longer to zip and emerge. They are skipping the internal pip, which usually lasts about 24 hours, but there is important yolk absorption finishing going on at that time.
I'm a very hands on hatcher, and will assist when necessary. Timing is the part that can be difficult to judge when starting out. Sounds like you've made some good calls!

They say you shouldn't give up until after day 25. We personally have never had one hatch after day 23. If the humidity is low they might not be able to get out. If the temp was low I call them slow cookers and might take an extra couple days.

You could carefully candle to see if there are internal pips or any movement. Be careful to keep the egg orientation the same as they have been working hard to position themselves.

We have had two incubator malfunctions in the last year and one batch lost them all and the other some how got two hatched from. I am a data person so each time we would candle i would weigh the eggs to make sure the weight loss was on track for 13% by day 21. Being in Arizona, lack of humidity can have a profound effect.

Heavier by scale? They should be getting lighter... give them yo day 25.
