Help!!!

One of my 3 day old baby chickens won’t stop opening its mouth!! It keeps opening and pushing its tounge forwards then closing and it won’t stop. I’ve already tried to put some olive oil in its mouth but that didn’t seem to do anything and apparently it was doing this a couple of days ago but then it stopped so I don’t know what to do...
Please help!
I’m feeding it pellets that I use for the older chickens but I wet the pellets because they are too big for the babies too eat (that could be a problem, but I don’t know because the other babies are fine)
i gave it some water but it just gargled it back up
I just looked down its throat but I still couldn't find anything also its poo was very watery and cloudy is that helps

How is your chick today?

I agree with @granny hatchet it sounds like it may have something stuck in it's throat.

Does the chick have anything in the crop? Has it been eating at all?

With chicks it's very hard to treat them sometimes. Do what you can to get some fluids into her. Once she is hydrated, then offer food.

It's possible that this chick has a developmental or genetic disorder and is failing to thrive. You are doing the best you can.

As for the type of feed you are giving? You mention pellets? Is this layer feed that you are giving to adult laying hens? If so, then get a bag of chick starter or flock raiser feed for your chicks. Layer feed is formulated for actively laying birds-it has too much calcium and not enough protein for growing chicks.
