Very common for dewlaps to crack shell when internally pipping, and they are super slow hatchers. If at day 31 and there is a larger hole in the air cell, then chances are your gosling is hatching normally. Best thing to do is make sure humidity is at least 70%, preferably 75%, and do not mess with it.
