Help what is wrong with my pullet.

I think you might be dealing with vent gleet,But I'll tag some more knowledgeable folks.

The material that appears to be clogging her vent looks a lot like salpingitis, a reproductive track infection. Can you pull some of that stuff out and describe its consistency? If it's firm and waxy, it's more than likely chicken pus.

How is this hen's behavior? Is she behaving normally? Has she been laying? If not, do you recall how long it's been?

I would agree with trying to remove as much of the material as possible, and continue to so the warm soaks daily and work on getting her cloaca back to normal. Is she having normal droppings?
