Other than removing the chicks that have hatched I’d leave it to hatch on it’s own. It has to absorb the yolk before it can come completely out.
That being said, Let’s call in some others. My first thought with hatching chicks is always @Kiki

No the others were pecking at it and that's y they are not in there with it.

I have not read the whole thread. Just by looking at the picture above.... Did you remove all of that shell or did the chicks remove that shell?

Either way I don't think this chick will be able to hatch on its own with that much shell removed.

Is it wiggling on its own?
I see a lot of red is it bleeding?

It does not look like it has absorbed enough of the veins yet I would leave it be for a while.

It is moving like normal and the other chicks would not leave it alone that's why it looks so bad and he's chirping and moving around. I've had one chick hatch out dead and now this one. I hope it'll be ok.
