I have not read the whole thread. Just by looking at the picture above.... Did you remove all of that shell or did the chicks remove that shell?

Either way I don't think this chick will be able to hatch on its own with that much shell removed.

Is it wiggling on its own?
I see a lot of red is it bleeding?

Everything is ok that one made it out of the shell and we are naming him Lucky and we will be having pictures of lucky once he's dry and has his strength back!!! So 6 out of 8 eggs being shipped from amazon.com had made it and are so far healthy and happy little fluff balls!!!
