Some of my Salmon Faverolle keep a scab and I can now tell when they need to come off. These girls must the most tender footed birds. So I wouldn’t do anything at this point but watch I am sure by now you know the difference too. Just post a picture when you get a chance

I will do I'll get my partner to have a quick look he's been doing all the bumble treatment🤣 lol like i say before i could see the yellow infection under the scab when she had bumble so hope its just healing i think if i was to mess with it it would start to bleed with the scab being thin so im not going to touch it, im just paranoid about scabs now 😂lol. To be honest im seeing a slight change in her limp over these two days it doesnt seem quite as harsh as before so fingers crossed we getting somewhere 🤞🤞🤞💜

Il try to get one tomorrow i dont want to disturb her again and chase her round lol. The scab isnt black or thick like it was before its just a thin one and brown colour i could pick it off with my nail, but dont want to mess with it when shes outside incase it lets anything in wound underneath like i said before the bumble was very deep so maybes its not completely healed yet
This was it when we brought her in for treatment it was an absolute mess no wonder its took so long to get rid of

Are you going to try an peel off that scab? Asking because if there is a pocket of infection that will need to come out. I can see there is improvement! :thumbsup

Id rather not when shes outside the last time we peeled it off there was no infection under, so i think I'll just keep an eye on it like i say its got smaller so im thinking the scab might just come off itsself 🤞
