Ok I’ll turn off the heat bulb they still have a heat pad if they get cold. And they have a pretty good sized area to get away from heat toYes turn the heat down some ..70- 75 should be warm enough
if They are in the house ? You can use a regular light bulb to keep them warm

And make sure they can get away from it if they are too hot .
It may have got dehydrated or hit by the screen .
