help?

i talked to someone and my newest ducklings are girl (rouen) and boy (khaki) so that would put me at a 2 drake to 2 hen ratio. would that work out? i really don’t want to rehome, and i cannot get more girls until next spring. my babies are only 3 weeks old though, so the drake wouldn’t start mating until next spring anyways right? and is a pekin boy too big for a khaki or rouen hen?

You could just wait it out until the males are older, but I would look in to getting some more females. And a Pekin drake would probably over whelm the two females on their own.

the pekin is already full grown, but won’t be put with our others until august-september. our khaki hen (full grown), rouen hen (3 weeks) and khaki drake (3 weeks) are all together now though
