I have three hens. 2 of them are older and started laying. They keep biting the head or body of the younger hen and scared her away and she doesn’t eat much/ what should I do??? They been together for more than a month

Did you do a proper integration when combining them?

I had a similar issue. If you can, separate the ones that are being mean from the one being picked on. Clean her up and comfort her. Best of luck!

But she doesn’t like being alone and she scream very loud and she just like to follow them

Allowing birds to become used to each other through a see, not touch introduction for a few weeks/months before being put in the same space. Just putting stranger birds in a pen is going to result in many, many squabbles

Hmm. That's funny that she wants to be with them. Are there any visible injuries? Chickens peck at the sight of ANY blood, and I'm talking about if there is even a DROP. If there is, wash the wound and cover.

There’s no injuries. She likes to follow them around and sometimes they just ignore her but if she like does something the don’t like they will peck her or sometimes chase her.

Look up how to discipline a chicken on BYC (haha, I know) Then when ever you see them hurt her, apply your knowledge. Sorry if I'm no help, best of luck!
