Does this egg still look fertile I haven’t seen any movement but there are still some red veins? It’s on day 14 thanks

Could be asleep, would explain no movement, but definitely still alive as there is still some veining visible. If it were dead there would only be a floating black mass visible and there would be no movement whatsoever.

Thank you, how quick do the veins disappear if the chick doesn’t survive?
 
I only can talk of my own experience when hatching chicks. I just know that as long as there is some kind of veining it could be alive. When these veins disappear it could probably have died due to various reasons such as nutrient deficiencies, not enough nutrients, heat too low, heat too high, or the parents genetics can also contribute to its death. I do not know how quickly these veins disappear. Watch out for a blood ring as these mean the embryo will die and could compromise the other eggs if left in there for too long.
