Help!

Last week I noticed my girls eye was puffy so I added electrolytes and probiotics to her water she ate and drank normally. The last 3 days I had her separated so she could rest, she did fine. Yesterday afternoon I let her out for fresh air and went to close the coops that evening and she couldn’t get into the coup so she laid under the ramp, I took her inside the house. Today I get a call and she is laying on her side. I came home she won’t eat or drink.

How old is she?

She looks sick. Is she holding her tail up or down, or can she stand? Has she had any signs of sneezing, bubbles in her eye, nasal drainage, or crackly breathing? I would bring her in a get her warm, and once again offer electrolytes. Scrambled bits of egg, and some wet chicken feed would be good for her. How old is she and has she laid eggs recently?
