Thanks for your help. Here is the latest pic. The chic is active as can be and actually somehow made its way out of the cup.

Some are active.

You can try putting some plain neosporin or bacitracin on the yolk sac to keep it moist and see if the chick can absorb the rest of it.
I would not put the chick with other chicks since they will pick at it. If you can make a spare brooder and line it with puppy pads that would be o.k. 2-3 drops Poultry Nutri-Drench twice a day would be good too.

To me it looks like it is absorbing into her, keep doing what you're doing. Good sign she is active.
