I was trying to get a photo but i have to open the incubator to do so and i can't....

That's a little warm. A lot of people lower it to about 98-98.5F during lockdown.

If you open it, the chicks will be fine, just don't leave it open for over 2 minutes. It should be easy. In and out. Why can't you get a picture without opening it?

I'm sorry for your chick loss. Hopefully someone can help figure out your issues. What model of incubator are you using? Are the ventilation holes blocked or closed?

Ventalaitoin holes have been closed yes, I am useing a Hova-bator Model 1602N
