Two chicks hatched this morning and I have three tipped eggs but one of them rolled into the shell and I believe the remains of the birth is stuck on the external pipped hole; will the chick make a new hole???

What's the humidity at right now and is the shell easy just to pluck off without taking the egg out

I have a Nurture Right 360 and I set the cover partially to the side and wiped the egg off quickly and closed back up. Humidity was 71 when I opened and I think it only went yo 50 briefly and went right back up when closed , at 68 right now.

I should clarify I wiped it with dry toilet paper.

So you got all the egg off and the humidity is going back up That's great is Can you see the little hole on the egg now where the chick pipped

I can see the little beak and he’s moving. I’m not sure it was actually stuck over the hole, just wiped and closed back up quickly, but I tried to see the hole and couldn’t before.
