Are you sure no one is pulling them out? I just don't know if they are the same age, unless Crimson is just slower to develop.

He is molting

They are all about 4 months and he has small feathers there but just not a long tail.

He isn't molting because its just his tail feathers and they have always been shorter than his brothers.
