HELP!!

If so, that’s the most urgent thing. You need to either soak her in warm water/steam up a room and have her in it to try to let the heat help relax her muscles and
oh, well she’s not egg bound then. No hen can survive months with a stuck egg.
How long has her next been like this?
Can she move it at all, or just doesn’t want to?
Is she pooping?
My mistake.

And she hasn’t been laying since around feb-march. She has only just started the neck problem yesterday. A moment ago she got her neck back round but i’m not sure how long it’ll last, she keeps refusing the water and food so she isn’t pooping, if anything once a day.

My chicken is very ill at the moment, she won’t eat or drink. (we use a syringe to get as much water as we can into her).
One of our biggest worry’s is her neck, we don’t know what she’s done! She’s turned it back and try’s to turn it one way, but we don’t know if it’s the right way. We have had her for a year so she is about 1 and a half.
Update: We know what way to turn her neck, we have gave her some ‘Poultry power’ and she seems to be perking up slightly. She is still bad but better than before. We are just waiting for some egg to cool down, and try to feed her that. Thank you all for ur help!

Have you inspected her crop too see if anything is stuck.

What are you feeding her to begin with?
Let's start with some more info here.
Did anything happen to make her neck do that? did she get injured / attacked, anything you know about?
Do NOT try to force her neck to turn this way that way or any other way! Especially if you don't know what is going on with it. I don't understand the 'which way should we turn her neck idea here'.

What are you feeding her, not just now but have been feeding her all along? If she's not getting the nutrients she needs, she could be malnourished, sick from that, one of many things.

she's NOT eggbound, not for months, she'd been long dead by now.

Where are you keeping her? Is her coop clean? does she have mites, lice or other parasites?

What do her poops look like?

What color are her comb and waddle? Are they bright red, are they a paler color, purplish?

Are you giving her meds? If so what and how much?
Lets start with this and go from there.

Looking at the picture, what do her eyes look like? Are they clear, glazed / glossy, or more important, are they pussy or crusted over? what about her nose / mouth area since you are looking there anyways?

I had one get an eye injury and acted this way for a few days before it got better.

She sadly passed away last night. It was very hard for us, but atleast she’s not in pain.

Might want to try to figure out what it was, so if it's something you can fix, you do, and don't keep losing chickens. Don't know how many others you have but if it was something contagious, this could be trouble.
