Help!

Hey! So today has been a crazy day and of course that the day my ducklings decide arrive in the mail

what should I feed my baby ducklings until I am able to get them duckling/chick starter feed this afternoon. I don’t have a car to use to get food until later unfortunately.

I have layer feed for my adult chickens but I was hesitant to feed that to my babies.
Should I be giving them peas or something???

Edit: I blended up some peas and water and gave them that

Do you have any oatmeal?That can work in a pinch. Or the layer food crumbles or smashed pellets, but don't keep them on it for long because of the extra calcium.

I do have oatmeal, I gave them some blended peas should I give them a little layer crumble or oats as well?
