Help!

I noticed one of my hens has runny poop and checked her bum and she has these on her right above her vent?? I checked the rest of the girls and they’re fine but our rooster has a really red area with these on him as well!!
Any ideas? How do I get rid of them?

Those are lice.
You can find Permethrin based poultry spray or dust at stores like TSC.
Treat all your birds, clean out their housing and treat it as well.
