Not voltage. Wattage is the power used - hence the heat generated.
In most cases, the same wattage element can't be used interchangeably between different voltages (12VDC, 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC).
If it is a Styrofoam one like a little giant, then 40 watt may be sufficient. If it is plastic, depending on insulation, it may need a little more wattage.

I don’t know. It’s a 32 egg incubator it’s from China
 
120/220 volt ??
It was t cheap did good with it just need a heating element got in touch with the seller and he don’t sell parts lol but determination and will going to figure it out thanks for any feedback
