I put this in emergency’s because the goose is not doing well. - I have 2 female geese, 2 female ducks, 8 female chickens. All free ranging all day together, and sleeping together in a 40 by 10 coop at night. I went to a farm yesterday and saw a single Toulouse goose (looks to be about 15 weeks) living in the same pen as cows goats turkeys chickens and ducks. They have no free ranging time and I can see a lot of the animals are not doing Well. I told them what was going on and were trying to put all the animals up for adoption. I really want to adopt the goose, but don’t really have a great way of quarantining it. How long would I need to quarantin? Is it absolutely necessary? can I let them free range together? I don’t know the gender of this goose. Thank you all for your help

Although quarantine is always a good idea it's generally not as necessary with waterfowl. I would still try to keep this goose separate from the flock for a couple of weeks - not necessarily absolute quarantine.
