Oh boy. Well. Now I'm not toooo sure LOL I've had hens and pullets make crow(ish) sounds too.
As for looking at feathers and things like that - me - I'm not very good at all with spying cockerels unless they reaaallly look like one. That is not my talent!

We have gone back in forth on are they hens or roosters. We have 4 more that are about 4 weeks. That are suppose to be ISA Browns and with what I have read atleast one looks like it could be a rooster but we thought that once before and was wrongThis is why you rarely if ever see me on a breed/gender thread, not my thing.![]()

She's not a rooster, so you should be fine.We can't have a rooster where we live
