My baby chick shock I got Friday got her toe caught on her heating plate and pretty much cut her toe off it is barley hanging on what can I do. I have the bleeding,stopped but of course the other chicks attack her. I'm am lost anybody please help

Wash it with water, mabye put soem bandage on it. Make sure its done bleeding though. Im sorry this happend but i think it'll be alright
 
This is tragic. On a tiny scale. I had a day old chick with an injured toe that eventually fell off, and she lived a good life without it. The secret to treating the toe so the others won't keep pecking the injury is to use Blu-kote on it to disguise the wound after the bleeding stops. Snip off the hangling toe tip. Use sugar or flour on the severed tip and that stops the bleeding.
 
Can you post pictures? Without pictures I think @azygous has given good advice. If it needs to be kept clean you might need to wrap it, but that may be hard to do on a tiny chick. Just watch for any signs of infection. She can do just fine and live a normal life with a missing toe.
