Help!!!

What is going on with my girl. I don’t see any bugs crawling on her and it’s only this side of her face. Also where her comb I would assume go isn’t growing. What can I do.

It's "normal" ... growing in "feathers", see all the pin feathers

Not all birds have large combs. Some breeds have very small combs and some breeds have large combs, there is a huge range of normal even in the same breed. Birds with pea combs often have very small combs and they can be much slower to develop. I have a couple of older birds with pea combs that are not much bigger than your birds. Her comb looks perfectly normal.
