Had four guinea fowls sitting on a massive pile of eggs 2 got up yesterday and decided not to return but the other two have stayed one egg hatched today but I'm worried about the others it's 34° today but I'm worried the eggs left sitting outside/beside and not under the Guineas aren't going to hatch now do I grab them and put asmany as I can in the incubator to hatch or do I just see what happens has anyone else ever gone through something like this?

If you can candle them maybe try that to see if they're still viable, if not no need to worry and if they are you can try incubating them if you can handle chicks at the moment. I would assume it would be better for your solo chick to have some smaller company.

Guineas sitting on huge nests have a poor record for hatching the eggs. There are just too many for them to cover properly.

If you want more to hatch, do put them in an incubator. As already suggested, candle the eggs to determine which ones are viable.
