Possibly an injury from being overbred? How many hens/roosters do you have?

Looks almost like a dislocation or torn issue in the femur joint leading to the ilium. Did you try holding the chicken and palpitating (gently pressing on the joint) to see if there is a negative response (pain) or if the joint feels loose?

I say this because almost all weight is being placed on a single leg (left leg)- and the other is being swung out- the foot is showing signs of distress on that right leg and lack of pressure. The vent it showing a increased pain level likely from nerves that are firing.

I am trying to write simply so the translator can do its job
