Help!

My quail hatch is on day 13 and I just found out that the temp was at 100.5 for god knows how long, I know that a small temperature difference is probably fine but I know that that could speed up development. Should I lockdown tomorrow just in case?

It won't hurt to lock them down earlier. They won't be that early though, maybe a day or several hours. I typically lockdown at 5 days to go with silkies.

Thanks! I might have to lock them down tonight because of work, I have 26 hours of OR ahead of me

You can lock quail down early without any problems.

Anytime past day 12 is fine for lockdown, I’ve had a couple hatch day 15 and my incubator runs a little warm, usual hatch day is 16 rung at 100F, or day 20 with my first batch at 98!
