5 month old ayam cemani
I have checked for egg bound, water belly and sour crop no visible indications of those being the problem !
From my investigation on the Internet it is saying either wry neck, Equine encephalitis or pullorum.
Symptom’s started yesterday and was very quick onset :
Neck bent
Unsteady gait
Self isolating
Lathargic
Small in size and feels u set weight
No appetite or drinking
White diarrhea with black looking pebbles
There is no signs of respiratory problems, swelling, discolour or nasal and eye leakage

I have her isolated with fresh water and acv
Feed mixed

with sunflower meal worms and rooster booster
Gave her a dose of poultry drench and vitamins B complex

Any ideas, suggestions or advice ?How do I know when to cull and when I can treat ? Without a vet or risking my flock

They free rage daily
Have fresh water with ACV daily
Have unmedicated mixed flock feed and I add garlic orégano parsley red peppers cayenne and Diatomaceous Earth
They also get weekly
fresh vegy scraps
scratch made with flax, black sunflower, corn oats and meal worms
And organic yogurt once a month

I use straw for bedding with a sprinkle of Diatomaceous Earth in nesting boxes and coffee grinds for litter inside coop under perch
Essential oils mixed with water in spray bottle and herbs for deodorant
They have a dust bath with sand shavings ashes and Diatomaceous Earth well as outside hole they dug for a natural one .

It at the least looks like wry neck, which can be a symptom of a head or neck injury, a vitamin E or B1 thiamine deficiency, or could be a symptom of a disease such as Mareks or others. I would give her a human vitamin e 400 IU softgel and 1/2 tablet of human vitamin b complex daily orally or in a small amount of food. Do that for at least 2 weeks. Help her to get enough food and water by holding a mushy wet chicken feed, a little bit of scrambled egg for selenium, and do that 2-3 times a day. The large amount of white urates in her dropping could be from not drinking enough water.

X2, it's wry neck. Treat as above, she should be right as rain in a week or two.

I also really reccomend you stop all the herbs and spices, they offer no benefits for your birds and can harm them. Most I'd which by blocking nutrition and blood thinning.
Reduce the scratch to once or twice a week and don't add the hight fat extras, the levels of fat builds up around their internal organs and shortens their lives.

Diotomaeceous Earth is also something they and you should not be exposed to, it causes respiratory issues with continuous exposure. it's benefits are meager.
